A Varian Aerograph 1400 series Chromatographer was used with a 1/8" diameter by 1.5 m long column, an OV-101 packing at 1.5% with 0.5 ml of sample dissolved in chloroform and programmed temperature range 140[degrees]C to 270[degrees]C with increments of 6[degrees]/minute (McNair and Bonalli 1969).
